For enhanced performance, subscription offerings deliver advanced capabilities. Users can lock spaces when content is sensitive so only moderators can decide who can be added. Administrators can integrate with Microsoft OneDrive and/or SharePoint Online so that users can share files from those systems right in the proposed Webex Teams spaces. Additionally, Admins can connect their proposed Webex solution with their enterprise calendar services, directories, and Single Sign-On solutions to simplify IT management and enhance end-user functionality.

Calling
The proposed Webex Teams includes native in-app voice and video calling capabilities to reach other Webex Teams and standards-based SIP endpoint users. These can be enhanced with comprehensive PBX calling features and Cisco IP phones when combined with one of Cisco’s calling solutions, all available through BNI.
