Data Centre Build

Blue Networks and Infrastructure is in a position to build modular Tier 1 to Tier 4 data centres.  The most widely adopted standard for data center design and data center infrastructure is ANSI/TIA-942. It includes standards for ANSI/TIA-942-ready certification, which ensures compliance with one of four categories of data center tiers rated for levels of redundancy and fault tolerance.

Certifying Procedure for Tier 1 to Tier 4

BNI classify data centres as:

  • Tier 1 (Basic Server Room, non-redundant);
  • Tier 2 (Small Server Room, Redundant-capacity component);
  • Tier 3 (Medium Server Room, redundant-capacity components and multiple independent distribution paths); and
  • Tier 4 (Large Server Room, Fault-tolerant site infrastructure), this data centre is robust and less prone to failures. Class C /Tier 4 is designed to host mission critical servers and computer systems, with fully redundant subsystems (cooling, power, network links, storage etc.) and compartmentalized security zones controlled by biometric access controls methods.

Data Centre Build

BNI can provide the above-mentioned physical facilities to our clients whereby they can house their critical applications and data. A data centre’s design is based on a network of computing and storage resources that enable the delivery of shared applications and data.
